Conflict varies in any work place from annoyance to something intense and miserable. Is it “personality clashes”? Is it incompetence? Is it poor communication? Is it different working styles?

This course is designed to help those who have to resolve conflict in the work place but also those experiencing it. This course not only looks at remedies but also common causes of conflict within the work place.
