Transfer & Cancellation Policy

Although Gloucestershire Enterprise Ltd is a ‘not for profit’ organisation, we still need to ensure that each course delivered covers its costs.  Late cancellations and late transfers make it increasingly difficult to do this, especially as our policy is to avoid cancelling or deferring because of the inconvenience this causes our customers. To avoid charges altogether, please contact us early when cancelling or transferring courses.

Our cancellation and transfer policy is detailed below.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event: There is no charge
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event: 20% of the event fee will be charged
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: The event will be charged in full or please let us know if you wish to substitute an alternative delegate without charge

Transfers

  • Transfers requested at least 14 days before the event: There is no charge
  • Transfers made between 7-14 days before the event: 10% of the event fee will be charged
  • Transfers made within 7 days of the event: 30% of the event fee will be charged
