This 2-day course is for all managers looking to use project management techniques to improve control over their workload. You don’t need to have the title Project Manager to have responsibilities for delivering outputs. Time and resource pressures affect us all, so we could use some project management tools and techniques to help us stay in control.

This course can form part of an ILM Award in Leadership & Management. This course is mapped to the ILM unit: Managing workplace projects. Successful completion of the course and its assignment will result in 2 credits at Level 3.
For those seeking to progress their project management skills pathway, we offer a 6-day course mapped to the Project Management Qualification (PMQ), accredited by APM which is a Level 4 professional qualification.
For those seeking to achieve a full ILM Award in Leadership & Management qualification at Level 3, you will need to achieve a further 2 credits for the ILM Award or 11 credits for the ILM Certificate.
