Managing Grievance & Disciplinary Issues
Who should attend?
Business owners, office managers, line managers and anyone with responsibility for managing grievance and disciplinary issues in their organisation
Why should you attend?
Most managers (and employees) have some awareness of what constitutes a disciplinary offence and whilst “gross misconduct”, “breach of trust and confidence” and “dismissal” are often heard, do you have the confidence to tackle either a disciplinary or grievance issue and stay the right side of the law? Perhaps you have done them in the past but would like a refresher?
This course is designed as a practical guide to help delegates navigate their way through these processes to a successful outcome. Getting Grievance and Disciplinary processes wrong can be a costly affair but the procedure and legal framework is not necessarily difficult once you know how!
