Who should attend?

The benefits of mindfulness in managing pain, stress and illness – enhancing concentration, happiness and supporting greater productivity – have been researched for over three decades in a wide range of studies. Mindfulness is also proved to be effective in occupational health and safety management. This course is relevant for anyone who is responsible for managing a team.

  • Be more aware of personality traits and how these can impact on your ability to concentrateIntroduce you to ideas that will help you avoid distractions and keep focused – particularly when life becomes challenging
  • Develop an action plan to help you achieve resilience at work and a healthier balance between work and home
