This course is designed for managers and senior personnel who have responsibility for purchasing goods and services and for developing relationships with suppliers.
By the end of the workshops the delegates will have gained a thorough knowledge of the principles of purchasing and be able to apply them. They will understand the activities and become more effective within the organisation and in the broader business relationships that have to be managed externally.
