Negotiate a Better Deal with your Suppliers (In-House Only)

Who should attend?

Managers or staff responsible for developing and managing a commercial relationship with customers and suppliers.

Why should you attend?

By the end of the workshop delegates understand the need for preparation, have a better awareness of negotiating styles and what they imply for purchasing managers, are better placed to make deadlines work and are able to make and obtain concessions. Delegates will work towards these goals by an interactive approach, involving questions, self assessment questionnaires and exercises.

The cost for up to 12 people is £1148 + VAT

  • Prepare and carry out successful negotiations
  • Evaluate your own and others' negotiating styles and tactics
  • Review how successful (or not) the negotiation was
  • Set supply contract and conditions of supply
  • Assess the potential for partnership relationships with customers and suppliers.
