It is a delicate enough job to have to chase your customers for an unpaid debt at the best of times, but having to do this by telephone without the benefit of sympathetic body language requires very specific skills and a level of pre-planning. This course will help you to equip yourself with the necessary techniques to perform this task efficiently, whilst maintaining good relations with your valued customer.
