NEBOSH National General Certificate (Level 3)
Who should attend?
The Nebosh National General Certificate is a comprehensive development programme for those responsible for health & safety, and/or those wishing to start a career in health & safety.
Why should you attend?
The course is widely recognised as the standard health and safety qualification for all industries and sectors, which includes private, public and voluntary. It's a comprehensive programme and the learning schedule and assessment is demanding, being tested by both theory examination and practical test.
Course Outline
The course consists of two blocks of training, each a week long, followed by a practical assessment day, and all perfectly timed for the national exams in March, June and December. It is important to note that during the course training weeks, delegates should be prepared to carry out homework of up to one hour per night to review the course content of the day. Also, there is a mid-course practical project to help consolidate week 1 sessions.

Dave Middlemiss Grad IOSH, MifL, MintLM
Dave has been the Managing Director and lead trainer of a Health and Safety training company for 10 years. He is responsible for the design and delivery of all aspects of HSE First Aid, Health & Safety including NVQ L4, NEBOSH & IOSHMS and training the trainer courses. Registered as a HSE, CIEH, IOSH, NEBOSH approved trainer, Dave is also a qualified Assessor. He started his training career while serving with the RAF where he was a training developer for the RAF Medical Services. He also spent many years delivering medical training courses at all levels. Dave is a pragmatic and dynamic trainer who is passionate about delivering high quality, fun and delegate focused training courses which participants can apply to their working and personal lives.
