Course Outline

The course comprises of ten 3 hour segments or five full days and is delivered as an in-house, bespoke course at your premises or ours.

The cost for 6 people is £3168 + VAT + £438 ILM registration (£528+VAT+£73 ILM Registration per delegate)
The cost for 12 people is £6336 + VAT + £876 ILM registration

• How to set meaningful and achievable objectives
• Using the information you have to decide on solutions
• Some Business Improvement Techniques (double session)
• Making changes safely
• Don't forget costs! (Introduction to Finance)
• Or the impact on customers! (Fulfilling Customer Requirements)
• Effective Team working
• Effective communication
• Work Based Assignment to evaluate current practices within their section and identify areas for improvement.
• The Assignment must cover the current situation and why change is needed, the business improvements recommended and how it will work in practice
