The workshop will guide delegates through the following modules:

• Communicating with yourself - the art of self-talk
• Listen; the importance of silence and space
• Looking to learn; visual signs to aid communication
• Trust your intuition; tune in to internal signals
• Speak with Impact ; speaking other's language
• Try on another's shoes; the impact of Empathy and how to use it
• Significance; understand why we need it and the roles we play to get it
• An action plan to continue the development of the core People Whispering skills
