Why should you attend?

This is a fully interactive programme for beginners to look at how to improve your short term and long-term memory. It is packed with strategies for effective recall such as simple repetition, mnemonics, word association, linking and story telling. During the programme you will learn how to use language and imagery for recording, organising, remembering, creative thinking and problem solving.

The cost for up to 6 people is £825 + VAT
The cost for up to 12 people is £1148 + VAT

• An observation of an improvement to your memory (we aim to increase your memory by approx. 20% during the day)
• How to apply all of the senses and use whole brain learning to trigger memory
• How to use various techniques such as numbers, shapes, graphics and rhyme
• How to employ methods such as repetition, relaxation, word association and visualisation
• How to engage all of the techniques to support memory recall
