There are endless definitions of leadership and each is usually accompanied by a huge shopping list of personal competencies. But leadership is essentially about people management, about getting the best out of your team. Good people managers have their own values on what's right and wrong, they have a clear picture of what needs to be achieved and the ability to communicate and inspire the team to follow. This course aims to provide an overview of good people management skills.
