Contingency Planning (In-House Only)

Who should attend?

Any business owner or manager who is responsible for ensuring that their organisation continues to run effectively in the event of a disaster.

Why should you attend?

Not having a business contingency plan to guard against a disaster can cost a business dearly either in lost revenue, data, customers or even all three. Then again, some organisations do invest in planning, resources and equipment to protect them, only never to use them or leaving them to become obsolete. This course will help you to understand the cost effective balance, the benefits of having a contingency plan in place and the pitfalls to watch out for.
