This latest version of Visio uses the new ribbon interface to help new users produce stunning diagrams and charts quicker and easier than ever before!

Course Outline

Trainees should be familiar with the Windows interface and with the use of the mouse and keyboard. No previous experience of graphics software is needed, nor photo editing experience. Bringing digital images and work related tasks can often aid in training examples and class discussion.

• Annotate diagrams
• Review and comment on existing Visio files
• Change drawing scales
• Format shapes & connectors

• Effectively use drawing layers and backgrounds
• Modify shape properties
• Share Visio drawings with Word, PowerPoint etc via links
• Save Visio drawings for web sites
