Job Evaluation and Setting Pay Structures (In-House Only)

Any staff in organisations or companies who have to set pay scales for new and existing jobs will benefit from this course, particularly company owners, managers and HR staff.

Tony McBarron

Tony McBarron is a seasoned trainer with a wealth of knowledge and experience in interpersonal skills training and management issues.  Tony has managed in a range of organisations, both large and small, product and service, commercial and not for profit, and has accumulated an understanding of key people issues and strategies to improve relations and performance.  Tony is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
