This course is aimed at anyone who deals with customers directly and will provide you with a host of skills to help you to project the right impression, listen effectively and attentively and cope with pressure situations.

  • Understanding and identifying the competitive advantage you can gain through outstanding customer focus
  • Predicting (based on findings from current research) what your customers expect
  • Identifying areas of your business that are not customer focused and developing strategies for improving those areas
  • Using information collected from customer surveys to improve your business performance in the 5 key areas of customer expectations
  • Creating a development plan to improve/maintain your knowledge, skills and attitudes

Ellen Watts is a lively professional whose approach guarantees an enjoyable and effective learning experience for all who take part. Ellen started her career 25 years ago in retail management & management training and later, in sales and sales management. 14 years ago she formed ElleRich Training Ltd. She still specialises both in customer service and sales training plus all the communication, management, training and coaching skills needed to support them. Her training style is fun, interactive, inspirational and motivational as well as informative & practical.
