Allan Cottam is an experienced tutor who has helped many individuals with their management skills. Before becoming an independent consultant, Allan worked as a project manager in industry. He has managed a number of large-scale construction projects for organisations such as Nuclear Electric, the RAF, the MOD and the Corporation of London. In Gloucestershire Allan has assisted a number of small and medium sized companies with staff development.
Allan has recently featured on local radio - where he gave advice on the art of giving presentations.

Dave has been the Managing Director and lead trainer of a Health and Safety training company for 10 years. He is responsible for the design and delivery of all aspects of HSE First Aid, Health & Safety including NVQ L4, NEBOSH & IOSHMS and training the trainer courses. Registered as a HSE, CIEH, IOSH, NEBOSH approved trainer, Dave is also a qualified Assessor. He started his training career while serving with the RAF where he was a training developer for the RAF Medical Services. He also spent many years delivering medical training courses at all levels. Dave is a pragmatic and dynamic trainer who is passionate about delivering high quality, fun and delegate focused training courses which participants can apply to their working and personal lives.

Ellen Watts is a lively professional whose approach guarantees an enjoyable and effective learning experience for all who take part. Ellen started her career 25 years ago in retail management & management training and later, in sales and sales management. 14 years ago she formed ElleRich Training Ltd. She still specialises both in customer service and sales training plus all the communication, management, training and coaching skills needed to support them. Her training style is fun, interactive, inspirational and motivational as well as informative & practical.

Jason Chatwin AffCIPD, MinstLM has 15 years of experience in Management and HR across a variety of sectors from Retail and Leisure, Banking and Finance to Health Care and even the MoD. His qualifications cover a range of topics including HR Management, Training, NVQ Assessor and Quality Assurer, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Coaching and even scoring orchestral music for films and TV.
He is an inspirational trainer who has a talent for making learning a pleasurable experience, even when the subject is regulatory and dry.

Jill Bradley is an HR/ training professional and Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Her knowledge and experience has been gained within the public and private sectors (including 10 years working for a large multinational enterprise). Nowadays, Jill provides freelance HR support to organisations and in addition specialises in providing HR related and communication / business skills training. Jill describes her training style as participative, fun, supportive, thought-provoking and practical.

John Lomer is a company director with 20 years experience at board level in both small and quoted companies. He is also an accountant and started his career with KPMG in London. Since then he has been involved in a wide variety of industries from engineering to food and telecoms. John is currently chairman of an engineering company, part time finance director of a telecoms business and a director of a strategic consulting and accounting firm.

Julie Heather has a Law degree and is a professionally qualified Chartered Secretary. Julie draws on her knowledge and experience gained from over 13 years in large industry and almost 10 years as a Director of an HR & Employment Law Consultancy, providing practical advice and guidance to a wide range of organisations.
As an experienced workshop facilitator and trainer, Julie’s training style is to balance the requirements of the law with using practical examples. She believes that each course should be relevant, focused and interactive.

Katherine Macbeth is an HR Consultant and Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Her knowledge and experience of providing practical solutions to HR and people issues within a framework of employment law has been gained over 15 years in both large and small organisations.
Her training style is relaxed, interactive, informative and practical and her aim is to demystify the art of managing people and provide line managers with the tools to tackle issues with their people with confidence.

Keith Jones is an IT consultant and accredited trainer with many years of experience across a wide range of business sectors. He worked for many years as the New Technologies manager for a multinational corporation, leading international teams to develop world class manufacturing solutions. Keith applies his continuing consultancy expertise to his training sessions to keep them relevant and evergreen to his delegates. He describes his training style as objective-based, fun and totally focussed on the needs of the attendees.

Kevin is our Managing Director and founder of Gloucestershire Enteprise. His background is predominantly military (Army) where he was involved with the development of soldiers and officers in leadership, management and engineering skills. Kevin has been in civilian life for fourteen years and has been employed as a lead tutor at Gloscat, General Manager of a commercial training company and Training Manager at Business Link.
He is a keen golfer and is never happier than when he is "on a course".

Ned Skelton CEng FCIPD is an experienced HR consultant and an EMCC accredited Master Practitioner coach/mentor. He has a passion for delivering measurable results with individuals, teams and organisations.

Neilson Kite helps many companies and individuals realise the full potential from their sales, marketing and business strategy development. This is achieved through training courses, coaching, mentoring and the facilitation of lively group sessions for sales, marketing and management teams, particularly in the powerful skills of consultative selling and key account management. As a previous sales and marketing director in both large corporations and SMEs, he has the practical experience of what works and what doesn’t – with the scars to prove it. His training courses provide serious learning experiences but are also fun.

Paul Archer is a speaker and training consultant, specialising in sales, coaching and customer care. His style is energetic and inspiring and all of his workshops and events are packed full of practical sales ideas that can be used the very next day. In additon, Paul has been working with businesses, large and small over the past 20 years to help them increase sales revenue, expand their business and move into the new marketing era. He is the author of 6 e-books and many sales articles within his industry.

Prior to becoming a trainer, Peter had over 20 years domestic and international commercial experience in sales, purchasing and logistics, mostly in the energy and civil engineering sectors, contracted to companies such as Shell and Redland. He began International Trade training in 1997 and now delivers up to 150 days training each year throughout the UK and Europe to a wide range of public, private and business support organisations.

Philip has worked for Gloucestershire Enterprise for four years and is part of the Business Support Team where he thoroughly enjoys helping the wide variety of people and businesses he works with to achieve their goals and ambitions. Having enjoyed a long and successful career in banking in a variety of managerial roles in the Gloucestershire & Bristol area, he then worked for Business Link for seven years at Adviser, Manager and Director levels.
He now works part-time, three days a week as a Business Adviser and Trainer, giving him more time to spend on the golf course!
Robert Bullard has over 15 years experience as a journalist, writer, editor and trainer. He writes features for national newspapers and magazines; copy-edits books for publishers; and delivers training in business writing skills, plus media and journalism topics, for clients across the UK. He also helps people to write business and other non-fiction books – running courses to help people get started and working one-to-one, providing individual help and direction.

Stephen Whitbourn FCIPD, FCIM. is the Chief Executive of The Prestbury House Management Training Centre. Following a career in operational management he has many years experience in both training and consultancy in the field of management and leadership. Stephen regularly delivers courses to first line supervisors through to company directors both in the United Kingdom and Europe.

Tony McBarron is a seasoned trainer with a wealth of knowledge and experience in interpersonal skills training and management issues. Tony has managed in a range of organisations, both large and small, product and service, commercial and not for profit, and has accumulated an understanding of key people issues and strategies to improve relations and performance. Tony is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
