  Andy Poulton

  Andy is an IT specialist advising small businesses on their IT systems and internet presence. He is a well-known speaker and his infectious enthusiasm and passion for the subject is reflected in his presentation style. Having been actively involved with the internet since 1995 and with eCommerce since 1996, Andy took his first steps into online marketing in 1999 looking at search engines and exploring how businesses could use them to their advantage. With the growth of Social Media, he is able to show businesses the many ways in which these channels can be harnessed within marketing plans to secure increased sales.

  Bill Hammill

  Bill Hammill has over 35 years experience of providing support in the Small & Medium Size Enterprise sector. After a 22 year career in corporate banking, since 2000 he has formed 3 companies to deliver Coaching, Advisory and Training and Interim Management, Consulting and Accounting Services. Bill is a facilitator and Coach under the High Growth Coaching Programmes.

  Eileen is an HMRC Training and Advice Team Officer covering the Gloucestershire area to educate self-employed business owners of their tax responsibilities.

  Grant Cozens - Business Adviser

  Grant enjoyed a long and successful carrer in Banking in London, Bristol & Gloucestershire  spending over twenty years as a Corporate Manager. He has a strong financial background and having run his own businesses, he is able to provide comprehensive advice and support at all levels to businesses of all sizes throughout their life cycles.
  
  When not working, Grant enjoys supporting Gloucester Rugby, attending Cheltenham Festivals and researching his Family History.

  Jim is an HMRC Training and Advice Team Officer covering the Gloucestershire area to educate self-employed business owners of their tax responsibilities.

  Jonathan Pollinger - Social Media Consultant

  Jonathan has spent the past 13 years helping companies with their communications, technology and more recently social media. In 2009, Jonathan set up his own business to advise clients how to improve their marketing and customer service using social media and he will demonstrate with hints and tips throughout his workshop.

  Michaela Cozens - Business Support Manager

  Michaela has worked for Gloucestershire Enterprise since 2009. She manages the Business Support Team which offers a wide range of programmes so each day brings variety to her job. Previously she worked for Barclays where she gained 20 years+ experience helping local corporate clients and later as a Premier Banking Manager & Financial Adviser to high net worth clients in Gloucestershire and further afield.
  
  Outside of work, she is a keen supporter of Wildlife, belonging to WWT, GWT & RSPB to name a few, with a particular fondness for Lundy where her enthusiasm for photography can be unleashed.

  Paul Archer

  Paul Archer is a speaker and training consultant, specialising in sales, coaching and customer care. His style is energetic and inspiring and all of his workshops and events are packed full of practical sales ideas that can be used the very next day.  In additon,  Paul has been working with businesses, large and small over the past 20 years to help them increase sales revenue, expand their business and move into the new marketing era. He is the author of 6 e-books and many sales articles within his industry.

  Peter Blake

  Peter is a Chartered Accountant and Business Coach with many years experience and through his own practice he helps clients with their accountancy and taxation needs together with helping them develop their businesses.
  
  Peter provides bookkeeping and accountancy services for our clients and facilitates many of our short workshops. Additionally he is able to provide coaching for business owners under the High Hrowth Programmes.

  Philip Timson - Business Adviser

  Philip has worked for Gloucestershire Enterprise for four years and is part of the Business Support Team where he thoroughly enjoys helping the wide variety of people and businesses he works with to achieve their goals and ambitions. Having enjoyed a long and successful career in banking in a variety of managerial roles in the Gloucestershire & Bristol area, he then worked for Business Link for seven years at Adviser, Manager and Director levels.
  
  He now works part-time, three days a week as a Business Adviser and Trainer, giving him more time to spend on the golf course!
