Starting a High Growth Business
The purpose of the 1st workshop is to provide an informal approach to exploring how to take a raw high growth potential business idea to the next stage.
Building on the content of workshop 1, the purpose of the 2nd workshop is to tighten up on the tougher realities of moving a high growth potential enterprise forward.
Workshop 1
The purpose of the first workshop is to provide an informal approach to exploring how to take a raw high growth potential business idea to the next stage. By providing you with the opportunity to explore and challenge that idea with fellow entrepreneurs and enterprise experts this workshop will help you identify and overcome barriers to starting your high growth business.
Through facilitated conversations you will take time to evaluate your idea, create a vision for your business, review your aspirations and carry out a reality check. Finally, you will find out how you access one of our highly experienced coaches or mentors to work with you on a one-to-one basis to take your business idea forward.
Workshop 2
Facilitated by experienced tutors with input from entrepreneurs, experts and inspiring individuals you will consider the essential building blocks of starting a high growth business, look at the key stages of growth and map these against the business needs.
You will revisit and review your business plans, consider funding and finance in more detail, and continue to identify and stamp out growth inhibitors. Further thought will also be given to working with business mentors and coaches to ensure you make the most this invaluable relationship.
