Who should attend?
This event is designed for owners and managers of small to medium sized businesses, responsible for the design of their own business website.
Why should you attend?
For many businesses, their website is one of their key ways to reach out to existing and new markets and clients. However, the majority of businesses have had their websites designed without a full understanding of the impact of their design. For example, did you know that you only have about 4 seconds to get your web page open in front of your prospective clients and less than 2 seconds to make an impact - for those visitors to your site to ascertain whether your business can address their needs, to understand why they should choose your business rather than that of one of your competitors and what to do to take the next step.
Course Outline
This workshop will help you to more fully understand how people “read” web pages, what information they require in order to help them choose your business as their supplier of choice and how to increase the conversion ratio of site visitors in to customers.
