Cotswold Business Centre is centrally located at Upper Rissington in the North Cotswolds.

Situated on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire borders we provide office space solutions for both start-up enterprises and larger more established businesses.

The offices were acquired by Gloucestershire Enterprise in Decmber 2009 and we are able to offer affordable office space to Businesses in the North Cotwolds.

We provide a fully serviced working environment with a professional infrastructure along with a range of business support services needed during the first vital years of operation and beyond. Plus we also offer a virtual office service that can include everything from a registered business address to hot-desk facilities and a telephone answering service.

The Centre offers an affordable option for businesses looking for sensibly priced serviced office space. We can tailor space to your growing needs, by offering a 3 year tiered option where rent is reduced from year 1 and weighted over the next 2 years. Our no nonsense approach to office rental means you pay a competitive price with easy-in and easy-out flexibility.

Cotswold Business Centre is located on a 140 acre site that was formerly RAF Rissington. It is a marvellous rural location in the heart of the Cotswold countryside. With just over 6,000 sq ft of office space arranged over two floors, the Centre has offices from 82sq ft up to 914sq ft, and can provide a home for up to 22 companies. The Centre also boasts meeting and conference room facilities, which can be hired by both tenants and external companies and can accommodate meetings, training events and small conferences.

Cotswold Business Centre provides an attractive setting for start-up and growing companies to develop their business with plenty of free parking. The Centre at Upper Rissington is also within close proximity to the market towns of Burford (5 miles), Chipping Norton (10 miles), Cirencester (18 miles) and Witney (15 miles). Kingham station (6 miles) is on the mainline between Worcester and London Paddington via Oxford.

There is a real sense of community with like minded entrepreneurs providing a centre for innovation and expertise. Our rural location provides a delightful setting for moments when you want to step outside or maybe to have a peaceful walk/run at lunchtime or even host an outdoor client meeting.
