Following feedback we have schduled two workshops for all delegates to attend rather than the usual offer of attending only one out of a choice of three.

This year's workshop hosts are:

Social Media Workshop

Jonathan has spent the past 13 years helping companies with their communications, technology and more recently social media. In 2009, Jonathan set up his own business, Intranet Future to advise clients how to improve their communications, marketing and customer services using social media. He provides social network set up, consultancy, workshops and strategies. Jonathan speaks regularly at events where he demonstrates how businesses can benefit by using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Foursquare and he will demonstrate with hints and tips throughout his workshop.

Facilitated Networking Workshop
 

This is your chance to develop new confidence with networking. A must for every small business owner, networking skills are key for building connections, growing your client base and spreading the word about what you do. In a lively and participative session, Miranda & Sally will take you through some networking essentials whilst also making sure you get the chance to meet loads of new people. A perfect opportunity to deal with your networking 'gremlins', have some fun whilst moving forward personally and professionally.
