Implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) may seem like a daunting task for small to medium sized SMEs, but meeting the ever increasing demand for ISO 9001 need not be expensive or disruptive.
Our goal is to get your ISO 9001 certification with the minimum of disruption. Our consultants guide you through all the stages needed to achieve this.
Our work doesn’t stop there though. We can offer you continued support to ensure that you maintain your certification, including advice on new legislation, internal auditing, training and liaison with certification bodies.

Following a free consultation and on-site visit, we will assist you with:
- Preparation of a Quality Manual
- Setting up quality doumented procedures
- Implementing a system for correct record keeping in line with the requirements of ISO 9001
- Support documentation, such as writing procedures or advising on document control
- In-house staff training on Quality Standards and Introduction to ISO 9001

ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard that sets out how to put in place an effective QMS, to demonstrate your quality commitment to business partners, customers and shareholders. ISO 9001:2008 is now considered a prerequisite for trade with many organisations thorughout the wrold. Certification is performed by a UKAS - accredited third party such as LRQA, BSI, VCA.
