Cancellation Policy

Our Transfer/Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you may need to amend your course/workshop booking. However, late cancellations or transfers to another date can mean that an event is cancelled in its entirety causing inconvenience to other delegates.

To avoid charges altogether, please contact us early when cancelling or transferring your booking. Our transfer and cancellation policy is detailed below.

Transfers

  • Transfers requested at least 14 days before the event – no charge
  • Transfers made between 7-14 days before the event – 10% of the event fee will be charged
  • Transfers made within 7 days of the event – 30% of the event fee will be charged

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event – no charge
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event – 20% of the event fee will be charged
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event – event charged in full, or please let us know if you wish to substitute an alternative delegate without charge
